Emergency alerting that supports NIS2 readiness

Crisis is one step away.Is your institution ready?

CMP helps your institution send, track and document its own crisis communications. It supports your existing crisis-management and business-continuity plans. It does not create or replace them.

No employee accounts. No personal profiles. Maintain trained personnel, tested procedures and suitable backup communication channels.

Communication support, not a crisis-management service

CMP is software for preparing, sending, tracking and documenting institution-issued communications. It does not create, review, approve or replace crisis-management, emergency-response, evacuation or business-continuity plans; monitor emergencies; make operational decisions; contact emergency services; or provide legal, safety or crisis-management advice. Each institution remains responsible for its plans, decisions, messages, recipients, escalation, reporting, training, testing and backup channels. Read the Terms of Use.

How it works

From the first alert to a reviewable record

  1. 01

    The crisis is identified

A cyber attack hits the institution. The network is down, the internet is gone, and email is unusable. The usual channels are exactly the ones that failed. The clock starts now.

  2. 02

    The alert goes out

A member of the crisis team opens CMP on a phone or any computer. CMP runs outside your own infrastructure, so it stays reachable even while the institution network is down. The alert is sent in seconds.

  3. 03

    Every employee is informed

The alert is sent to targeted activated phones through public internet and mobile push infrastructure, separately from institution email and Wi-Fi. Actual delivery depends on connectivity, device settings and third-party push services.

  4. 04

    Reception is confirmed

Each employee confirms the alert with one tap. The crisis team watches confirmations arrive live on the dashboard and immediately sees who still needs attention.

  5. 05

    The all clear is sent

Once the systems are restored and declared safe, a new message goes out to every device. The situation is under control and normal work can resume.

  6. 06

    The communication record builds automatically

CMP records communication activity with timestamps so the institution can review what happened and prepare its own internal or regulatory reporting. The institution remains responsible for completeness, accuracy and submission.

Privacy

No names. No emails. No tracking.

Employees activate the app once, with a code issued by their institution. CMP never asks for a name, an email address, or a phone number. The codes themselves are stored only as cryptographic hashes, so even the platform cannot read them back. Alerts reach people, data stays private.

Platform and app

Two parts. One system.

CMP is the control room for your crisis team. The CMP app is the receiver in every employee pocket. Knowing which is which makes everything clear.

CMP · The platform

The Platform

Used by the crisis team

The platform runs in the browser on any computer and works just as well on a mobile phone. It is where alerts are created, sent, and followed until the event is closed.

  • Fully usable from a mobile phone, wherever the team is
  • Send alerts to everyone in seconds
  • Watch confirmations arrive live
  • Manage activation codes and devices
  • Maintain a timestamped communication record
CMP · The app

The App

Used by every employee

The app is installed on every employee phone. It waits quietly in the background and speaks up the moment it matters.

  • Receives every alert instantly
  • Works on iPhone and on Android
  • Confirms reception with one tap
  • Needs no account and no personal data
The platform sends. The app receives. Together they create a reviewable record of communications processed through CMP.
Features

Everything a crisis needs, nothing it does not

Instant delivery

Push notifications reach every activated device at the same moment, on any network.

Live overview

The dashboard shows the institution status and every confirmation as it happens.

Privacy by design

Employees activate the app with a code issued by the institution. No names, no emails, no phone numbers.

Works offline

The app keeps the latest alerts and instructions available even without a connection.

Safe test alerts

Send test messages that reach only the crisis team, so drills never alarm the whole institution.

Operational communication record

Activity processed through CMP is recorded with timestamps to support institutional review and preparation of the institution’s own reporting.

Getting started

Ready in three steps

We prepare your institution

Your CMP workspace is set up in a day. We create the crisis team accounts and generate the activation codes for your employees.

Employees activate the app

Each employee installs the app from a simple guide and enters a code once. From that moment the device is ready to receive alerts.

Your team takes control

The crisis team opens the dashboard, runs a safe test alert, and the institution is covered. A real drill can follow whenever you choose.

NFC access

One tap connects every person to the right information

Institution administrators prepare reusable NFC cards and room tags themselves. The card stores a secure CMP link; access, expiry dates, room information and alerts stay manageable in the platform.

NFC is completely optional.Institutions can continue using the standard activation-code workflow without changing how CMP works.
Employee onboarding

Welcome card to ready app

The admin creates an employee card and writes it with a compatible phone. A newcomer taps once, opens CMP and receives the prepared institution access without typing the code manually.

Visitor access

A pass with a flexible expiry

Set seven days or any suitable duration. The admin can extend, shorten or revoke the pass centrally, even after the physical card has been written.

Location information

Every room has a live status

Create a location, give it a name and code, then update its message at any time. Employees and visitors see current issues and the correct contact immediately after tapping.

Location alerts

Relevant updates for two hours

After a room tag is scanned, that phone can receive crisis information for the location for up to two hours. The coverage includes visitors. No institutional account is required.

Standards & compliance

Built for the standards your institution answers to

Alerting, confirmation and documentation can support communication activities within a broader standards-aligned resilience programme. CMP alone does not establish compliance or readiness.

NIS2EU cybersecurity readiness ISO 22361Crisis management ISO 22320Emergency response ISO 22301Business continuity

One action targets activated phones

Mass notification is the first thing a crisis needs. CMP pushes a single alert to every activated device at once, so the right people can act in time.

ISO 223018.4.3 Warning & communication ISO 22320Operational information ISO 22361Crisis communication

A channel separate from your internal network

CMP runs outside your own infrastructure and reaches phones over the mobile network, so warning and communication keep working even when the incident has taken your institution's email and wifi offline.

ISO 223018.4.3 Warning & communication ISO 22301Business continuity

Live confirmations show who is accounted for

Every employee confirms with one tap, and the crisis team watches responses arrive in real time. This creates the shared situational picture that coordinated incident response depends on.

ISO 22320Command, control & coordination ISO 22361Crisis decision-making

Clear instructions and a reliable all-clear

From the first warning to the message that says it is over, CMP keeps everyone informed with consistent, timely updates through a single trusted channel.

ISO 22361Crisis communication ISO 22320Cooperation & coordination

Safe test alerts and full drills

Run a silent test or a full exercise whenever you choose. Regular exercising is a requirement in its own right and helps prove that the plan actually works.

ISO 223018.5 Exercise programme ISO 22361Training & validation

A record supporting institutional reporting

CMP timestamps communication activity to support post-incident review and preparation of the institution’s own reports. The institution must verify completeness, determine applicable deadlines and submit through the required official channel.

ISO 22301Clause 10 · Improvement ISO 22361Learning from crises

CMP is a tool that helps your institution put these standards into practice. Using CMP supports your compliance efforts but is not itself a certification of your organization. Formal certification to ISO 22301, 22320 or 22361 is issued by an accredited body after an audit.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Does CMP provide or replace our crisis-management plan?

No. CMP supports execution of communication procedures defined by your institution. Your institution remains responsible for risk assessment, plans, roles, decisions, message content, escalation, regulatory reporting, training, testing and backup channels. CMP is not an emergency service and should not be the sole means of emergency communication.

Does CMP work when our own network is down?

CMP is hosted separately from your institution’s internal email, Wi-Fi and servers, so those internal systems are not required to operate the platform. Administrators and recipients still need suitable internet or mobile connectivity, working devices and enabled notifications. CMP is one communication layer in a wider emergency plan and cannot guarantee delivery.

Do employees need an account or an app store?

No. Employees install the app straight from the browser on iPhone and on Android and activate it once with a code from your institution. No account, no email address, no app store required.

What personal data does CMP store?

None about your employees. Activation codes are stored only as cryptographic hashes, and devices are counted rather than named. Alert content is written by your crisis team, so nothing personal ever needs to leave the institution.

What happens if a phone is lost or an employee leaves?

The crisis team revokes the matching activation code on the platform. The device stops receiving alerts immediately and the code cannot be used again.

Can we practice without alarming everyone?

Yes. Test alerts reach only the devices of the crisis team, so drills never disturb the whole institution. When you are ready for a full exercise, you announce it and send a real alert marked as a drill.

How fast can we start?

Your workspace is ready in a day. Each employee activates the app in under a minute. Most institutions are fully covered within one week.

Can CMP support our institutional or regulatory reporting?

CMP’s timestamped communication record can support review and preparation of your institution’s own reports. It is not an official filing or certification. Your institution remains responsible for checking completeness, determining legal obligations and submitting through the required authority channel.

How are alerts delivered, and how fast?

Alerts are sent as push notifications to the CMP app on each activated phone, delivered through the mobile operating system's push service. In normal conditions they arrive within seconds. Actual timing depends on each phone's connectivity and settings, so treat "seconds" as typical rather than a guaranteed maximum.

What if the app is closed, the phone is offline, or notifications are silenced?

The app does not need to be open because it receives alerts in the background. If a phone is offline or in flight mode, the push is queued and delivered as soon as it reconnects. Two honest limits apply: if a user has fully force-quit the app or disabled notifications for it, the operating system can delay or suppress delivery; and battery-optimisation settings on some Android phones can hold notifications back. Onboarding guides employees to keep notifications enabled, and the crisis team can see who has not confirmed so gaps are visible.

Is there an SMS or voice fallback if push fails?

CMP currently delivers alerts through app push notifications. Institutions should maintain suitable secondary communication channels as part of their wider emergency plan.

What availability and support can you commit to?

Availability, support arrangements and any service commitments are agreed with each institution as part of the applicable service plan.

Where is our data hosted and processed?

CMP uses managed cloud services for hosting, database functions, authentication and push delivery. General safeguards are described on our Security & Trust page and in the privacy overview. Additional technical details can be discussed during a product or security review.
