Welcome card to ready app
The admin creates an employee card and writes it with a compatible phone. A newcomer taps once, opens CMP and receives the prepared institution access—without typing the code manually.
CMP connects your crisis team with every employee. One alert reaches every phone, collects confirmations in real time, and turns the whole event into a finished report for the authorities.
No employee accounts. No personal data. Independent of your institution's own email and wifi.
A cyber attack hits the institution. The network is down, the internet is gone, and email is unusable. The usual channels are exactly the ones that failed. The clock starts now.
A member of the crisis team opens CMP on a phone or any computer. CMP runs outside your own infrastructure, so it stays reachable even while the institution network is down. The alert is sent in seconds.
The alert reaches every activated phone over the mobile network, independent of institution email and wifi. It arrives as a push notification with clear instructions: disconnect devices, do not open email, wait for updates.
Each employee confirms the alert with one tap. The crisis team watches confirmations arrive live on the dashboard and immediately sees who still needs attention.
Once the systems are restored and declared safe, a new message goes out to every device. The situation is under control and normal work can resume.
CMP has recorded every step of the event with a timestamp. It generates a complete report, ready to be reviewed and submitted to the authorities. When a reporting deadline of 72 hours applies, this speed matters.
Employees activate the app once, with a code issued by their institution. CMP never asks for a name, an email address, or a phone number. The codes themselves are stored only as cryptographic hashes, so even the platform cannot read them back. Alerts reach people, data stays private.
CMP is the control room for your crisis team. The CMP app is the receiver in every employee pocket. Knowing which is which makes everything clear.
The platform runs in the browser on any computer and works just as well on a mobile phone. It is where alerts are created, sent, and followed until the event is closed.
The app is installed on every employee phone. It waits quietly in the background and speaks up the moment it matters.
Push notifications reach every activated device at the same moment, on any network.
The dashboard shows the institution status and every confirmation as it happens.
Employees activate the app with a code issued by the institution. No names, no emails, no phone numbers.
The app keeps the latest alerts and instructions available even without a connection.
Send test messages that reach only the crisis team, so drills never alarm the whole institution.
Every step of the event is recorded with a timestamp and exported as a clean, complete report.
Your CMP workspace is set up in a day. We create the crisis team accounts and generate the activation codes for your employees.
Each employee installs the app from a simple guide and enters a code once. From that moment the device is ready to receive alerts.
The crisis team opens the dashboard, runs a safe test alert, and the institution is covered. A real drill can follow whenever you choose.
Institution administrators prepare reusable NFC cards and room tags themselves. The card stores a secure CMP link; access, expiry dates, room information and alerts stay manageable in the platform.
The admin creates an employee card and writes it with a compatible phone. A newcomer taps once, opens CMP and receives the prepared institution access—without typing the code manually.
Set seven days or any suitable duration. The admin can extend, shorten or revoke the pass centrally—even after the physical card has been written.
Create a location, give it a name and code, then update its message at any time. Employees and visitors see current issues and the correct contact immediately after tapping.
After a room tag is scanned, that phone can receive crisis information for the location for up to two hours. The coverage includes visitors—no institutional account required.
Alerting, confirming and reporting are exactly the capabilities international resilience standards ask organizations to put in place. CMP turns those requirements into something you can run in seconds.
Mass notification is the first thing a crisis needs. CMP pushes a single alert to every activated device at once, so the right people can act in time.
CMP runs outside your own infrastructure and reaches phones over the mobile network, so warning and communication keep working even when the incident has taken your institution's email and wifi offline.
Every employee confirms with one tap and the crisis team watches responses arrive in real time — the shared situational picture that coordinated incident response depends on.
From the first warning to the message that says it is over, CMP keeps everyone informed with consistent, timely updates through a single trusted channel.
Run a silent test or a full exercise whenever you choose. Regular exercising is a requirement in its own right — and the way you prove the plan actually works.
CMP timestamps every step and generates a complete, submission-ready report — the documented record needed for post-incident review and, where deadlines like 72 hours apply, to report on time.
CMP is a tool that helps your institution put these standards into practice. Using CMP supports your compliance efforts but is not itself a certification of your organization — formal certification to ISO 22301, 22320 or 22361 is issued by an accredited body after an audit.
Every plan includes the platform, the employee app, unlimited alerts, and official reports.
Add programmable employee welcome cards, configurable visitor passes, location information and two-hour room alerts to any suitable plan. Institutions can continue using activation codes without NFC.
All plans start with a free pilot month. The employee app is always included and never charged per person. Prices exclude VAT.
CMP runs outside your institution infrastructure, so a failure of your internal email, wifi or servers does not stop the alerting. The crisis team reaches the platform from any device with mobile data, and alerts travel over the public mobile network — which means each employee's phone still needs mobile coverage or internet to receive them. CMP is designed to survive an outage of your systems; like any mobile-based tool it cannot guarantee delivery during a total loss of local mobile coverage, so we recommend it as one reliable layer in a wider emergency plan.
No. Employees install the app straight from the browser on iPhone and on Android and activate it once with a code from your institution. No account, no email address, no app store required.
None about your employees. Activation codes are stored only as cryptographic hashes, and devices are counted rather than named. Alert content is written by your crisis team, so nothing personal ever needs to leave the institution.
The crisis team revokes the matching activation code on the platform. The device stops receiving alerts immediately and the code cannot be used again.
Yes. Test alerts reach only the devices of the crisis team, so drills never disturb the whole institution. When you are ready for a full exercise, you announce it and send a real alert marked as a drill.
Your workspace is ready in a day. Each employee activates the app in under a minute. Most institutions are fully covered within one week.
Yes. The report contains the full timeline with timestamps, confirmations, and every message that was sent. It can be exported and adjusted to the format your authority requires.
Alerts are sent as push notifications to the CMP app on each activated phone, delivered through the mobile operating system's push service. In normal conditions they arrive within seconds. Actual timing depends on each phone's connectivity and settings, so treat "seconds" as typical rather than a guaranteed maximum.
The app does not need to be open — it receives alerts in the background. If a phone is offline or in flight mode, the push is queued and delivered as soon as it reconnects. Two honest limits apply: if a user has fully force-quit the app or disabled notifications for it, the operating system can delay or suppress delivery; and battery-optimisation settings on some Android phones can hold notifications back. Onboarding guides employees to keep notifications enabled, and the crisis team can see who has not confirmed so gaps are visible.
CMP currently delivers alerts through app push notifications. Institutions should maintain suitable secondary communication channels as part of their wider emergency plan.
Availability, support arrangements and any service commitments are agreed with each institution as part of the applicable service plan.
CMP uses managed cloud services for hosting, database functions, authentication and push delivery. General safeguards are described on our Security & Trust page and in the privacy overview. Additional technical details can be discussed during a product or security review.
Tell us a little about your institution and we will walk you through the platform and the app, from the first alert to the finished report.
Open the dashboard to check the institution status, send alerts, follow confirmations, and generate reports. Works on your computer and on your phone.
