Security & Trust

CMP is designed to provide a dependable, privacy-conscious communication channel when an institution needs it most.

01

Data minimisation

The employee experience is designed without personal employee profiles. CMP collects only the information required to activate devices, deliver alerts and record operational responses.

02

Protected access

Administrative functions are separated from public and employee access. Institution administrators control their own workspace, users, locations and messages.

03

Secure communication

CMP is served over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access links and activation mechanisms are designed to avoid exposing reusable access codes in plain text.

04

Operational resilience

The alerting channel is designed to remain independent from an institution’s internal email and Wi-Fi. This supports continuity planning and NIS2 readiness without claiming certification.

05

Controlled NFC access

NFC tags contain a secure CMP link. Permissions, visitor expiry dates, room information and revocation remain controlled centrally rather than being permanently stored on the card.

06

Clear responsibility

Each institution remains responsible for its alert content, authorised administrators and internal response procedures. CMP provides the communication and reporting tools.

Security is an ongoing process

CMP reviews its safeguards as the platform develops. Specific contractual, procurement or technical-security questions can be discussed directly during a pilot or product review.
